Our first trip out and the bag came apart at the zip. The bag was not even over packed, as it is now too big for Ryanair's revised under seat sizes. Very disappointed as the bag is now useless after one trip.
I bought this powerbank at a petrol station today. The powerbank doesn’t charge beyond 3 blinking leds out of 5 and quickly goes down to 1 blinking led level. My iPhone has been charged to 15% and then down since. Also, the phone can’t be charged at the same time as the powerbank is plugged. No user guide in the box nor online…
